Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction By booking a tour with Safari Booking Kenya, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all services provided by Safari Booking Kenya, and are binding upon acceptance of any booking or service.

2. Booking and Deposit A non-refundable deposit of 30% or a minimum of $100 (whichever is higher) is required to secure your booking. The full balance is due no later than 30 days prior to the departure date. If the booking is made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.

3. Price and Payment Prices listed are in USD and subject to change due to currency fluctuations or other factors beyond our control. Payment must be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods. Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation of your booking.

4. Cancellation by Client Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation charges apply as follows:

  • 30 days or more before the departure date: 30% deposit is forfeited.
  • Less than 30 days: 100% of the total tour cost is non-refundable.

5. Cancellation by Safari Booking Kenya We reserve the right to cancel any tour for any reason prior to departure. In the unlikely event of such cancellation, a full refund will be provided. However, Safari Booking Kenya is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred, such as non-refundable flights.

6. Travel Insurance Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all clients. This should cover cancellation, medical emergencies, evacuation, and loss of baggage. Safari Booking Kenya shall not be liable for any losses arising from the failure to obtain adequate insurance coverage.

7. Health and Fitness Requirements Participants must be in good health and physically fit to undertake the tours. Any medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking. Safari Booking Kenya reserves the right to deny participation if a traveler is deemed unfit for the activity.

8. Responsibilities of Safari Booking Kenya We act as agents for the purpose of booking hotels, transportation, and other travel-related services. While we strive to ensure high standards of service, we are not liable for the actions of third-party service providers. Safari Booking Kenya will not be responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to property or person, howsoever caused.

9. Changes to Itinerary Safari Booking Kenya reserves the right to alter the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or political unrest. Any additional costs incurred due to such changes will be borne by the client.

10. Visas and Travel Documents Clients are responsible for obtaining the necessary visas and travel documents for entry into Kenya and any other countries visited during the tour. Safari Booking Kenya is not liable for any delays or expenses incurred due to the failure to secure such documents.

11. Force Majeure Safari Booking Kenya is not liable for delays or cancellations resulting from acts of God, war, terrorism, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.

12. Governing Law These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising out of these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.

13. Amendments Safari Booking Kenya reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will be posted on our website and will be binding on all clients.

14. Acceptance of Terms By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
